Return Policy for customers outside the EU

All sales out of the EU are final.

International customers outside of the EU are also responsible for all shipping charges related to returning or refusing a delivery and all shipping, duties and customs fees originally associated with receiving the order.

Return Policy (only applies to customers in EU countries)

Since my perfumes are solely manufactured upon the customer's individual order they are generally excempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.

For your evaluation of all offered perfumes you can purchase sample sets of your personal choice.

Transport  damage

The shipment must be checked for damage upon receipt. If goods are delivered with transport damage, please report such errors immediately to the delivery person, take pictures and contact us as quickly as possible for a replacement of the damaged item.
