Our online shop prices within Europe include 19% VAT plus shipping costs
The prices valid on the day of the order apply.
Our offers are non-committal and non-binding. When placing an order, the buyer accepts our terms and conditions.
Shipping
Your orders are shipped by Deutsche Post / DHL, UPS or DHL Express.
Please note that customs, taxes and other fees may be charged on orders out of the EU,
these are at the sole responsibility of the buyer!
International customers outside of the EU are also responsible for all shipping charges related to returning or refusing a delivery and all shipping, duties and customs fees originally associated with receiving the order.
Payment
Payment is made by bank transfer or credit card, delivery takes place after receipt of payment in our account. The bank details will be provided to you when you order.
Delivery times
Our delivery time within Germany is 14 working days after receipt of payment. Delay in delivery requires a written reminder from the buyer. Other rights of the buyer other than withdrawal after setting a reasonable deadline, in particular claims for compensation for damage caused by the delay, are excluded.
Complaints/condition of the products
Please note that natural raw materials can exhibit load-dependent fluctuations and changes in smell and appearance do not constitute quality defects or grounds for complaint. In addition, natural fragrances contain plant waxes that can crystallize, especially at low temperatures (like olive oil in the refrigerator). Tiny suspended particles may also occur, as excessive filtration can impair the scent quality.
Transport damage
The shipment must be checked for damage upon receipt. If goods are delivered with transport damage, please report such errors immediately to the delivery person and please contact us as quickly as possible.
Liability
The claim in the event of liability is limited to the amount of proven, direct damage.
We are only liable in the event of gross negligence or intentional behavior.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain the property of Annette Neuffer Duftmanufaktur until full payment has been made.
Resale
The resale of Annette Neuffer Duftmanufaktur products in non-original packaging (so-called “decants”) is expressly prohibited for quality assurance reasons.
Violations of trademark and copyright law will be warned if necessary.
Place of jurisdiction
Freising for both sides.
